Conceived to be applied on classic old or new industrial flooring with a 10/15 cm thick and electro soldered net, today StainColor is ideal for application on all of our DS-TIXCEM, DS-LIVCEM and DS-ULTRALIV products, self-levelling mortars, which by taking hold on almost all types of supports (cement bases, ceramics, cotto, marble, etc.), with a little thickness, (from few to 3-4 mm microns) is successful in recreating the consistency of a monolithic flooring: the ideal solution in restorations, where, to obtain the flooring always wanted and hoped for, will not be necessary anymore to turn to demolishing, thus eliminating all the inconveniences and costs that they carry.

StainColor flooring may therefore be realised at any time and place, for indoor or outdoors, as floor or coverings in homes (including baths), shops, offices, hotels, shopping centres, etc...

StainColor dye is not a varnish, but a chemical solution containing inorganic salts and acids which when diluted in the cement water react with the minerals contained in the same and converting its colour.

Any cement base surface contains minerals necessary to the process of colouring, but with different concentrations in different areas and different quantities, therefore, every flooring will be unique, even if treated with the same colour of the StainColor range.

Design Systems offers a variety of StainColor dyes, capable of satisfying any and all needs. Ultimately, every StainColor flooring will be protected by a resin (glossy or opaque-satined) and maintained by simply applying wax; such maintenance will be done based on the traffic sustained by the area.
