The first important thing for a good flooring it’s the type of concrete that is used. It’s very important that the concrete has a good quality, for example a concrete Rck 25 (to resistance).

The paving to this point cannot be used in order at least 24 hours.

Our paving printed can be realize with one square composed by three operators.
A square with little experience can realize approximately 70 mq. to the day, an expert square can realize from the 100 to the 130 mq. to the day, executing the working phases 1-2-3-4 over cited.
Once realized all the paving (that is jet of the concrete, coloration and stamping), it is passed to over cited phase 5, that is that one of the washing of the printed paving, in which two single operators with water to pressure succeed to clean up approximately 800 mq. to the day.
The point 6 over cited comes executed from a single operator, that with a Airless can give the resin in approximately 1000 mq. to the paving day.

It’s enough to wash the floor again and when dry, protect it with DS-CS transparent resin. This maintenance must be done after some years or more according to the bearing traffic. To obtain a floor that lasts for years we recommend to use just ”Design Systems” products, skilled labour and high quality concrete.
